Where is She Project

Where is She?

The Where is She Project supports women, girls and anyone who identifies with their inner feminine who cares about the environment, wants to do something but hasn't yet found their place to get involved in a meaningful way.

The project is a safe space to find your unique role in climate action from the heart, by prioritising developing inner emotional resilience and community as the foundation to creating a clear vision of how to get started.

This is achieved through watching film, taking part in workshop events and becoming educated on women in climate and inner healing through holistic, online courses with experts.

The project aims for womxn to find their way to contribute impact-fully with confidence as part of a creative, supportive and kind community of people working together to create a healthier home.

Aims

  • Cinema

The Where is She Project harnesses cinema as a way to open our minds and hearts to our environment. A host of filmmakers explore the essence of ‘the feminine’ and how it relates to us and our planet in a series of compelling short films. Our aim is to showcase an authentic and varied range of representations of this central theme, in terms of visuals, storytelling and points of view.

  • Online courses & events

The inspiration gained in each film will be channelled into live events, integrative workshops and actionable steps to take should the viewer feel compelled to do so.

'Where is She Project' online courses and membership options will be starting in spring 2024 for those who wish to learn more about women in climate in a holistic fashion and for those want to host their own screenings and workshops at home or in their local school or community.

  • Community

We are not alone! Lots of people care about the planet and are wondering what they can do. The Where is She Project understands and deeply values the feeling of safety and support when cultivating our sense of self and finding our unique place in climate action. We welcome anyone who identifies with their inner feminine, including non-binary people, those exploring their gender and men.
